More and more organizations are trying to figure out how to use the Internet and social media to increase their organization's visibility, raise awareness for their issues, and even fundraise. This webinar will address the brand implications of these new tools. We'll cover questions such as:

• Should we build a community site or connect with our audiences in the social
networks they already populate?
• What tools can we use to help us maintain our identity?
• How do we "manage" our brand across social media and in conversations
without being too controlling?
