NTEN event registration fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, minus a $25 processing fee. Two weeks before the event, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email, mail, or fax to:

Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. All registration refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event.

All NTEN event exhibitor fees are non-refundable. This includes the NTC Science Fair.
